Fresh off her win at last week’s Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards for Best Pop Artist, Grammy-Award winner Kimbra releases her new song 'Lightyears'.

Taken from her third studio album PRIMAL HEART, 'Lightyears' tackles themes of loneliness and love, "Come and take me lightyears/back to where we're from/we could be together/that's where we belong".

Fresh off her recent collab with Snoop Dogg, Kimbra has proven herself as one of New Zealand's most prominent pop acts.

Kimbra made history by becoming “the third New Zealand singer to win a GRAMMY®.” She confidently stepped into the spotlight on her second full-length, THE GOLDEN ECHO, earning acclaim from Paste, Los Angeles Times, Spin, Consequence of Sound and more and followed it up with PRIMAL HEART in April 2018 which spawned the hit singles 'Everybody Knows', and 'Human'.
