Aeroplane Music Services Celebrates 10 Years

Aeroplane, Music Supervisors are thrilled to announce their 10 year anniversary this month.

July 2021 sees Aeroplane Music Services reach a new milestone. We have been one of New Zealand’s leading Music Supervisors and Music Licensing experts for 10 years now and we couldn’t be prouder of what we have achieved.

We would like to thank the many Film & TV Production Companies, Advertising Agencies, Businesses, as well as the Music Users who have used our services since we started and are looking forward to working with many of them again in the coming years as well all those juicy exciting projects which are coming, that we don’t even know about yet.

Using music in your production or project is always fraught and can get extremely complicated. Aeroplane Music Services is here to simplify the process and we are aways here to offer up creative solutions and works with you to achieve competitive prices to bring you in on budget.

Covid 19 has been a challenging time for us all and we are grateful to have weathered the storm. We headed into 2021 with many exciting projects on the boil and we will be launching Melody Knowledge is Creative Freedom (for local musicians) really soon.)

Founder of Aeroplane Music Services, Jan Hellriegel says:
”Well that was fast! 10 years. Wow. Mind you, time flies when you are having fun and working with the team at Aeroplane Music Services always means a good day.  I'm so proud of what we have achieved and look forward to seeing what the future brings.”

Creative Director & Supervisor, Wayne Bell:
”I'm the new kid on the block having only been here for 7 years! I'm super proud of what we have achieved so far but I feel like we're just getting started”!

Publicity and social media manager Mahoney Harris muses:
”Having started work at Aeroplane Music in 2011, I have seen aspects of the industry change substantially.  Digital media has fazed out big chunks of local print media, making for a very different PR climate.  More people are making and releasing music than ever before which is both exciting and challenging. Working on creative projects is always exhilarating and when we have finished our job we then like to amplify the project via our social channels - which is where I come in.”

From humble beginnings to the present day, there have been some milestone moments along the way...
