After a stint touring Australia this summer with Laneway Festival, Skegss release their new single 'Road Trip' and are hitting the road once more in support of their debut ARIA #2 album MY OWN MESS.

With previous songs ‘Up In The Clouds’ (#11), ‘Smogged Out’ (#71), ‘Stop’ (#173) and album title track ‘My Own Mess’ (#193) all appearing in the top 200 tracks voted by triple j listeners, the fifth serving, sung by Toby Cregan, offers some colourful reflection about a different kind of trip.

Directed by Kai Neville on rustic old gear, ‘Road Trip’s official video is a fitting visual accompaniment to one of MY OWN MESS’ more subdued moments.
