Retro-rockers Boom! Boom! Deluxe serve up a mix of incredibly catchy original songs, authentic high energy '50s rock 'n' roll seasoned with a selection of surprising modern classics, all given a delightful retro twist.
Boom! Boom! Deluxe have been touring constantly over the past few years, performing at virtually every major event including Beach Hop, Muscle Car Madness, The Very Vintage Day Out, Rockabilly Show & Shine and the Kaikoura Hop.
Their 2018 debut six track EP on Bear Family Records was recorded in Auckland and mastered in Nashville, and conveys the energy of the band – a rollicking sound dripping with double bass, electric guitar reverb, harmonica and thumping up-tempo dance grooves. Good time music for good time people!
The Band have just finished recording their new album. Recorded at The Depot in Auckland and mastered by Jonathan Pearce (The Beths), TeenageJuvenileDelinquentRocknRollHorrorBeachParty is due for release on March 29th 2019. Catch the band on their Boom! Boom! Deluxe Magic Tour.
